Wagering Requirement

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Live betting rules apply once an event has started.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, 399dat may void the related bet and return the stake.
• If an error is found in the system or odds, 399dat reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s).
• Any attempt to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means will result in immediate account closure.

399dat is committed to maintaining a secure and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or manipulating the system.
• Stealing another member's information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Using a third-party payment method for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to deliberately influence the outcome of a match or game.

399dat may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months).

Members can also close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the registered payment method.
